New Inn-O-Sizer Table Olive Grader!

This machine grades olives by a novel mechanism, different to most other graders on the market. The olives are singulated and single rows of olives are transferred onto a conveyor consisting of slats. These slats open gradually, allowing the fruit to exit depending on the size thereof.

The rate of opening can be very specifically controlled over the whole length of the grader. Should a specific size be required, eg. for pitting purposes, the major portion of the conveyor can be adjusted to select that size. The sizing can therefore be as stringent as required when needed. Over a relatively short length, this grader can handle olives of any size.

The grader is constructed in stainless steel (304), making it suitable for fresh and processed fruit. It is built according to your capacity requirements, with a variable speed motor. The grader will be fitted with exit conveyors at right angles to the sizing direction to ensure efficient removal of graded fruit.

Testing has demonstrated excellent results when grading all fruit, but especially Kalamata olives, which are always a challenge to say the least.
